Firstly, let’s be upfront and not sugar coat it. Agricultural contracting involves working to tight deadlines and working long hours to get the job done.
Seasonal deadlines can’t be moved – Contract harvesting, planting and cultivation work must be completed on time, every time. Throw in the weather too and things can start to get stressful!
With this said, if you’re a good team player and don’t mind putting in the hard yards to get the job done, you’ll enjoy rewards that come with agricultural contracting.
All you need is a can-do attitude, good driving ability and a willingness to learn. We’ll match you with the right contractor, who’ll take you on and mentor you from there.
